A hotel licensee for over 30 years, Bruce has operated many hotels, both in the metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia.
Bruce has held honorary positions within the Western Australian Hotels Association as a Divisional President of the Central Wheatbelt, Eastern and Midlands District Divisions.
Bruce consults to both State & Local Government on hospitality issues. He also consults to one of Perth's largest receiver manager and accountancy firms, on hospitality issues and to over 40 hotels, taverns & clubs throughout Western Australia.
